$300 for the Aylmer Food Bank
A donation of $300 along with a large basket of food items was donated to the Aylmer Food Bank by Yoga Sivananda during the January 9 Open House and Registration.
Thank you to all who contributed during the classes by donation on January 5, 6, and 7.

Yoga Sivananda de l'Outaouais Relocates on September 12, 2009
On September 12, 2009 the center will move down the hall from the current location to a new, larger room. The new studio is located at the front of the building on the second floor of the Centre Professionnel d'Aylmer. It is roomier and brighter with many windows. The room number remains #204 but will now be at the front end of the corridor. It is accessible from both the back door off the main parking area and the front door.

Yoga Sivananda de l’Outaouais is located in the Centre Professionnel d'Aylmer on Chemin d'Aylmer (the 'upper road') between Vanier Rd. & Rivermead, across from the Hippodrome. This centrally located site is easily accessible from all directions.
The facilities include a beautiful studio with large windows in a quiet and peaceful setting surrounded by trees. There is ample free parking, large and well-appointed public washrooms, and an elevator. The building is also wheelchair accessible.
The Winter 2010 Registration Day is on January 9, 2010 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. There will be free classes and the opportunity to register for Winter yoga classes.
